REO SALES (bank owned foreclosures), OWNER OCCUPANT PURCHASES

February 20, 2012 Default by Kat Batten

The results of a three-year study examining buyer types in 18 US counties hit hardest by America's mortgage crisis.

See newvista.com This study is in agreement with what my experience shows, that most REO sales (Bank owned foreclosures) in Florida, are cash transactions by investors.

Interesting study to read.

Foreclosures and Short sales are selling quick

December 27, 2011 Default by Kat Batten

If you want to buy a short sale or foreclosure, now is the time.  The prices have continued to drop to an all time low!  Why?  Well it seems that lenders have accepted some very low offers on short sales, and this effects the entire market.  Prices have dropped so low, if you dont buy now, you may miss out on the opportunity of a life time.

I have two foreclosures listed here, but there are move out there, so please contact me so I can assist you, as you will need to be ready.  They sell fast!!!

You must have a loan approval letter from a lender, ( I can assist you if needed)  Or you can provide proof of funds.  From there, I will provide a list of available short sales or foreclosures, location, and details.  I can assist you will the offer process, which by the way...if not done correctly, you will be rejected by the lender.  It is so important to use an agent that is experienced in foreclosures and short sales, or you will lose!

Please call me today, I am taking clients on who are serious to buy.

Thank you

Short Sales are Selling

June 27, 2011 Default by Kat Batten

Recently I have noticed an increase in Banks accepting short sales.

They are not taking very low offers, but offers that are under value are being considered and accepted.

If you are considering a short sale on your property, please contact me as soon as possible, as I have information that could help you, and you will be pleased to know we may be able to sell your home and protect your credit.

If you want to purchase a short sale, be ready to wait 45-90 days and sometimes more, however, you can find a good deal.

Although, you will need patience as not all are accepted.
