• FSBO - These are For Sale By Owners.  It is estimated that 88% of all FSBO's end up using the help of a real estate professional to sell their property.

Website:  You will be provided a personal, full function website with blog, unlimited inventory input, MLS search, etc.  Independently controlled by you with our help!

Insurance:  Errors and Omission Insurance.  $1M/$1M and we also provide General Liability Insurance in office.  $25 E&0 fee charged to each sales transaction. 

Monthly Socials:  Whether we have lunches, dinners, trainings or charity events, you will get to know your fellow MAXIM agents.  We are a family of good people here!

In-House Support / Staff: 

Broker Support:  Full time support, accountability and one-on-one coaching from a NONCOMPETING Broker, Steven R. Daria, with the experience in residential and commercial real estate.  Coaching is provided in short sales, REO's, listing FSBO and Expireds and much more.    

Business Plan Development:  You will be provided an initial 90 minute business plan session with Florida's Famous Growth Coach,  Judy Sylvia.  She is available for continual coaching as well to keep you on track month to month, year to year.  You can view her profile under the "network" tab on the MAXIM home page. 

Continual Training:  There will be biweekly training sessions with experienced fellow agent, Lisa Farmer.   She will provide sessions contract preparation, MLS input, search and CMA, much more and  requests. 

Mortgage Training:  This day in age financing has become more difficult and changes day to day.  There will be an initial orientation provided as well as monthly trainings with our non affiliated lender Julius Kinkle with WaterStone Mortgage.

Title Training:  There is much more to title processing and closing than just your commission check at closing.  Your will be provided an initial orientation and monthly trainings on 1031 exchanges, title insurance, short sales and more with our affiliated title company / agent Deanna Iandoli with Truth N Title.  Coming Soon!
