Maxim LLC was established in 2006 by the brother & sister team, Steve & Jennifer Daria. Both Steve and Jennifer have decades of experience in ALL facets of Commercial, Residential, Investment, Distressed Property, Leasing & Developer Sales.

In 2018 Bent Danholm and Andy Neal joined as owners. Andy and Bent brought an international perspective to the team, having co-founded Andrew & Co Estate Agents Ltd in Ashford, Kent (UK)  in 2009.

In late 2020, Andy Neal decided for personal reasons to sell his share in MAXIM. Today MAXIM LLC is owned by Jennifer Daria, Steve Daria, and Bent Danholm.
